CENTRAL FALLS, RI — The Blackstone Valley Pirate Faire is bringing weekends of swashbuckling adventure, live entertainment, family fun, and pirate-themed excitement to Central Falls, Rhode Island.
The faire invites passengers of all ages to step into a world of treasure hunters and colorful characters. Guests can expect an entertaining 90-minute experience filled with mystery, music, zany fun, bad jokes, and family-friendly mayhem.
Produced by Blackstone Valley Tourism Council and building on the success of Blackstone Valley Polar Express and Pirates of the Blackstone, this event offers a kid-focused interactive experience for everyone to laugh and enjoy during the Halloween season.
“The Blackstone Valley Pirate Faire is about creating a unique experience for families—where everyone can have fun and embrace their inner pirate,” said James Toomey, Executive Director of Blackstone Valley Tourism Council .
Visitors are encouraged to come dressed in pirate garb and join in the festivities. There will be pirate activities at Central Falls Landing and a show on shore before boarding the Explorer for a 45-minute adventure up the Blackstone River. Admission includes several giveaways, and passengers will hopefully be lucky enough to find the missing treasure to receive their reward from Captain Blackstone.
Trips run afternoons on October 17, 18, 24 and 25 from Central Falls Landing, 15 Madeira Avenue, Central Falls, Rhode Island. More information and tickets is available at bvtcri.org/pirates
