Lincoln, RI — Representative Mary Ann Shallcross Smith, District 46 Lincoln & Pawtucket, recently presented Lieutenant David Hatch with a Rhode Island State House Citation in recognition of his retirement after 53 years of dedicated and faithful service to the people of Lincoln.
The citation honors Lt. Hatch’s extraordinary commitment to public safety throughout his distinguished career. For more than five decades, he has demonstrated unwavering dedication to saving lives, protecting property, and safeguarding the Lincoln community.
The Rhode Island State House Citation recognizes Lt. Hatch’s outstanding public service and his enduring legacy of leadership and community protection. Family, colleagues, and community members joined in celebrating his achievements and expressing gratitude for his years of service.
